think there is no way to practice this law. As matter of fact, everyone can apply this
principle no matter how one is in a family, school, company, and country. E.g. People

can send the gift or can post the wishing card for their family on a special day such as
a happy birthday or even if it is not on a special day. Sometimes, when people have

something special, even an idea that is useful for others, they can share it. Giving is not
meant by offering only, sharing also. Sharing means caring. Thus, by complying this

principle proficiently, the organization will become more harmony.

                                 2) Peya-vajja is meant kindly and beneficial words and speech which is

similar to the principle number seven in the tenfold virtue of the ruler: the law of

absence of anger. Even if one is not a leader when people hear the kindly speech and
polite words from him, automatically he is respected by people and wins the crowd.

Certainly, even animals do not love to hear or associate with the person who has harsh
speech, impolite, and rude in both public or private. As a result, there is one point that

clearly is our family, when parents try to use rude, detestation, and antipathetic words
to abuse in front of their children, one way or another, less and more, children will copy

and imagine that is simple and it is normal for everyone to behave like their parent.

Then, when they realize it, parents will lack respect and admiration for their children.
No more blame on the children when the parents can recognize well.

                                 3) Attha-cariya is meant serving for others’ welfare, benefit, and happiness
which is similar to the law of number three among the tenfold virtue of the ruler: the

law of philanthropy. It is hard for every leader who became a leader by position and not
chosen by whole people. For this principle, a leader must sacrifice personal comfort

and severe his followers' lives as one of the theories of leadership: servant leadership.
Apparently, many political leaders comply with this law to win the election and become

successful people in the moment they need. But if a leader works and pave the way for

their own business only, as a result, colleagues will exclude and change another leader.
Because why, the cooperator also has an aim and purpose which want to be further

successful one day in future by following this leader.

                                 4) Samānatthatā is meant equality and participation which is similar to the

law number ten among the tenfold virtue of the ruler: the law of non-obstruction. Leader
and boss are not the same. Most general leaders in society are acting like a boss and
