                       people  how-to  live-in  society,  organize  people  in  community,  and  how  to  lead  the
                       followers proficiently. Only the one who knows the duty will take responsibility and

                       the one who takes responsibility is the one who knows the duty. So, duty might be
                       heavy and difficult to carry as an  ordinary person or leader, but without it, no one

                       become a successful leader.

                                  3.3.1  Five Kinds of Duty of a Teacher  108

                                 1)  A teacher must admonish and teach a good lesson to his pupils with a

                       good action, speech and opinion.

                                 2)  He must find out the easy and suitable ways for his student to realize his
                       subject.

                                 3)  He must teach all lessons without discrimination to his pupils.

                                 4)  He must send his student to a better teacher for the benefit of future.
                                 5)  He must look after and protect his student carefully from danger.


                                  3.3.2  Five Kinds of Duty of a Master  109

                                 1)  A master should give the order to work for his employees in the field of
                       their strength, skillful, and capability.

                                 2)  He must provide his workers with material properties such as food and
                       money sufficiently.

                                 3)  He must motivate and support them  with  mental  and physical  needs

                       especially when they are sick and ill.
                                 4)  He must share with his workers not only the idea and vision but also

                       with some even food.
