The comment box in EIPM is provided for you to leave notes when marking an
inapplicable IOP or some types of refusals. Please use it only for this purpose, as
these comments are reviewed at facility close, and are not monitored during fielding.

· Please be specific, yet concise
· Tell us the name of the buy side client that this comment applies to. These
comments are applied to the entire booklet
· Please do not use this area for your tracking purposes, as it requires extensive
cleanup on our end
