Fielding Logistics

                               -  Instructions for Ricoh TRAC are Available on GoAnywhere and in the
                                  Annual Guide
                               -  The link for Ricoh TRAC is https://greenwichassociates.ricohtrac.com/
                       ·  IMPORTANT! - Status Code 332
                               -  Convert “complete without validation” QAR to completes by inputting
                                  any missing data as soon as possible.
                               -  Change status codes back to 000-OK for non-interviews.
                               -  Note: These statuses affect reporting of in-field trends and progress to
                                  clients
                       ·  Completed Excels – please be sure to upload all excels you receive back from
                           the Buy-Side Client, as with the recordings, this is a valuable tool in the event
                           we need to go back and review what a Buy-Side Client has reported. This will
                           save you from having to make some callbacks. We will be reconciling the
                           excels in similar fashion to the process for reconciling recordings. Please be
                           sure to include the naming convention - Company Name, Program, RP name,
                           and EI Name.

                    GoAnywhere
                       ·  The GoAnywhere library contains all of the frequently requested documents
                           used throughout the facility
                               -  Can be accessed at https://sftp.greenwich.com
                               -  Log in using your GoAnywhere Credentials


                    Client Outreach Strategy/Process and Alternate Contacts
                    We expect a large amount of Client Outreach during NAFIF.  We need the EI team to
                    be as engaged as possible when these leads are identified by our Clients.  In order to
                    speed up our response time, we’ll be sending out periodic Client Outreach summaries.
                       ·  Please be sure to carefully read the entire Client Outreach notification email as
                           notes and contact names may be given later in the email’s contents.
                       ·  Please let us know immediately if any client outreach leads do not quickly
                           materialize into appointments and interviews
                       ·  Please update EIPM daily with updates when you have active Client Outreach
                           leads
                       ·  In our frequent interactions with Clients regarding these leads, the more
                           information we have from you, the better and more effective Client Outreach
                           leads we’ll receive
