Quality Functional CELEBRATES
Strategy Roll-Out Event 35 YEARS...

A comprehensive Quality Functional Strategy has been established
at the site with the goal of challenging the entire quality organization DID YOU KNOW?
to continue to improve and to meet the ever changing needs of our
customers. The strategy harnesses the creativity and diversity of the
entire quality organisation in order to develop and refine initiatives under
6 distinct areas which have been identified as needing strategic direction
– the six pillars of the strategy. All teams working on each of the pillars
gathered data through brainstorming, interactive feedback sessions
and surveys with members of the entire quality organisation in order to
determine a baseline and set direction for improvement. This ensured
that everyone across the quality organization had a voice and input into
the final Quality Functional Strategy.

The Quality Functional Strategy roll out event took place across 5
sessions on the 23rd and 24th of October 2017. The event unveiled the
six pillars of the strategy and the objectives for each pillar.

In these engaging sessions, teams from across the plant learned about
and discussed the goals of the six pillars and were given an opportunity
to become part of the project teams The teams then participated in
Questions and Answers Sessions with subject matter experts.
