120B of IPC and Section 69 of RERA Act and they are not
punishable either with death or imprisonment for life. The

petitioners are permanent residents of Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru

and they can be secured easily. The petitioners have
undertaken to abide by the terms and conditions and furnish

surety for their appearance. The petitioners have made out

case for grant of anticipatory bail. The apprehension of the
prosecution that if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail

they will hamper the investigation and tamper the prosecution

witnesses and f ee from justice can be met with by imposing
suitable conditions. Accordingly, I answer the above point in the

af irmative and pass the following;

O R D E R

The petition f led under Section 438 of

Cr.P.C., is hereby allowed. The petitioners are
ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of

their arrest in Crime No.99/2018 of Hennur

Police Station, Bengaluru, on their executing
personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Five

lakhs) each, with one surety for the like-sum on
the following conditions:

(1) The petitioners have to appear before the

concerned police within 15 days from today.

(2) The petitioners shall not tamper with the

prosecution witnesses.
