ABOUT OUR COMPANIES
Petrospex LLC is responsible for identifying and evaluating oil & gas leases that have
the potential to deliver good financial returns for our partners and our company.
Petrospex also prepares all of the documentation needed to present these oil & gas
drilling projects to our partners which consists of individuals and corporations. Our oil &
gas prospects are located primarily in the Central West Texas Permian Basin.
Some of the principals of Petrospex are also the principals and co-owners of Drillogix,
LLC which is our drilling company. They are also owners of Royal Texan Resources,
LLC which is our operating company that operates our oil & gas wells. There is more
information about these companies below.
ABOUT OUR DRILLING COMPANY
Drillogix LLC was established over 4 years ago and drills all wells on our leases and is
also contracted occasionally by others to drill oil & gas wells. We have drilled over 100
wells for other clients on their leases, and 16 wells for our benefit on our leases. Over
90% of these wells were commercially successful. We are licensed, bonded, and
insured and own our own drilling rig as well as other equipment. You can view a list of
