Clay Renshaw / Manager
Mr. Renshaw has extensive experience in structuring oil & gas projects. He handles all
investor / partner relations and updates our investors on a regular basis as to company
activities. Mr. Renshaw is also responsible for the company's public relations
endeavors, including our media, Internet presence, and press releases. His co-
ordination with all of our management team, as well as any consulting geologists and
petroleum engineers, insure that each project being undertaken receives the necessary
funding and that the work on the wells is executed in a timely manner.
On each new project, we have several advisors that work with us with regard to the
geology, geophysical, and the petroleum engineering aspects that are critical to the
success of each project.
SUMMARY OF OUR PENN #1 OIL & GAS WELL RE-ENTRY PROJECT
The two Davis wells west of our location made over $2,400,000.00 in oil and gas at
today’s prices from the same oil & gas formation we will complete. The Brasher well
south of our location made over $2,100,000.00 primarily in gas at today’s prices. This
well was also producing from the same oil & gas formation we will complete. Further
down in this document is the completion reports on these wells.
Considering that the well has already been drilled and logs are showing us the Marble-
Falls oil & gas pay-zone’s depth, our risk is low to moderate. Another important fact is
that this well was drilled but pipe and casing were never set into the hole. This means
that we have a clean hole which minimizes any complications. We will drill out the
cement plugs and run a new log on the well to re-confirm the original log. The process is
explained in the report that follows this summary.
We are offering 45% of the Working Interest to individual and corporate investors. The
Net Revenue Interest (NRI) on this oil & gas lease is 75%.
Once we complete a well and place it into production, we will have our company Royal
Texan Resources, LLC (RTR) operate the well. Each month the oil and gas is sold
th
locally. The oil and gas buyer usually pays for the oil & gas on the 20 of the month for
the previous month’s production. RTR will pay the operating expenses and then send
itemized statements with checks to the Working Interest owners.
PENN #1 RE-ENTRY DRILLING SCHEDULE
We plan to begin the work on this project on or about April 10, 2018. We will initially
bring our earth moving equipment to the well site and grade the area as well as dig the
oil pit. This should only take 2 days. We will then set up our drilling rig and begin drilling
