Finally, it can be seen that rapidly changing climatic conditions such as global

warming, water shortage, drought, zud, desertification, pasture deterioration, plant
composition deficiency and changes exert enormous adverse impacts on pasture based

animal husbandry. On the other hand, there is basis that increase of livestock

population number and improper ratio of animal species and herd/flock structure brings
adverse consequences in mortality, reproduction and growth of livestock. As well, it can

been seen that real biological potential of animals to adapt in external environment is
unable to compensate rapidly changing climatic conditions.

We are in agreement with the conclusion of a researcher that “in terms of
geographical localizations, fragile ecosystem, living style of native people and economic

systems, Mongolia is highly sensitive to climatic changes. Such circumstance can be

resembled to lowland areas along the sea coasts. Although Mongolian people are
existing for the millennia keeping pasture based animal husbandry, the risks in animal

husbandry posed due to climatic conditions remained almost unchanged”.
Due to these circumstances, it is seen that necessity of advancing better the

governmental policy on animal husbandry and traditional ways of animal husbandry
                  practices is raising.

                                                            CONCLUSION
1.Intensive growth of livestock populations can be one of the reasons of increasing

livestock deaths via exerting adverse effects on ecology and pasture carrying capacity

                  in turn.
2.It is potential to intensify population growth through minimizing animal abortion and

                  infertility.
3.It is essential to turn livestock populations into beneficial economic revolving in

                  association with their growth intensity.
4.It is necessary to solve such issues as eradication of animal diseases, demonstrate

the animals are healthy, export livestock meat, and establish modern plants for

                  processing meat and its products.
5.It is necessary to introduce ways and technologies of animal husbandry in proper

combinations, which are suited to rapidly changing ecological conditions.
6.Implementation of governmental policy measures on animal feed production can be

on of the bases of stabilizing livestock population growth.
