            Organizing Ability    This trait is seen in the story as  the facts and
                                  proceedings are organized in a manner in which
                                  they should proceed.
            Initiative            Vishnu takes the sole initiative for approaching
                                  the  situation  and  doesn’t  wait  to  be  told  by
                                  someone
            Courage               The line of action bears the gravity of courage
                                  which the main character exhibits very correctly.
            Cooperation           There  are  fine  proceedings  of  cooperation
                                  between  the  police,  the  main  character  and
                                  other characters involved like the family of the
                                  injured person.
            Sense of              This  trait  is  seen  in  the  main  character  by  his

            Stamina               Staying out at the situation for a much longer
                                  time shows this trait
            Group Influencing     This trait can be seen in traces as Vishnu was able

            Liveliness            The  character  is  lively  by  nature  and  interacts
                                  very well proactively.
            Social Adaptability    The fact that he was able to get up along with the
                                  family  members  of  the  injured  and  the
                                  authorities shows this trait.
