The government of India has been proactive in taking out different measures
to launch new schemes and serve. This included much of the practices
towards educating the girl
child, insuring proper
livelihood to the farmers
and many others. All the

been given the task to
cover all villages coming
under the jurisdiction.
They had to go and brief
the panchayat about the
schemes and ensure that
he schemes are well implemented within time. Mr. Pankaj Diwakar was Sub
Collector of Jhajhar District and he grew up in a nearby village itself. Mr Pankaj
came from a farmer’s family and over the time of hardships he acquired this
great position of service. As for his childhood he had excellent relations with
all members of the village and hearing the news of Mr Pankaj homecoming,
the village made preparations for his welcome. The following week Mr Pankaj
along with the team reached the village coming under the jurisdiction which
also was his hometown. People were awestruck to listen to him and
welcomed his directions of implementation of schemes. Since the panchayat
had known him personally they implemented all the schemes in no time and
also made sure that the other surrounding villages get it done as well. IT was
a matter of great pride for the entire village.
