Aishwarya Kumar is a 3 year student with a commerce background from
Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Her
parents are very supportive in
her career as well as other
aspirations. Taking commerce
was by choice as she wanted
to become a Chartered
Accountant. By her academic

teaching assistantship in the
government charitable schools
of nearby locality on a
weekend basis to help the
unprivileged. Right since childhood she had an enthusiasm to take up climbing
expeditions. She had participated in various Rockathons i.e Rock climbing at
junior level and stood with merit. She also encouraged other girls of the
school and fraternity to engage in outdoor sport. Now she is determined to
learn the mountaineering professionally and hence has applied to Nehru
Institute of Mountaineering for taking up course in Mountaineering. The
picture represents her first day of induction into the training curriculum with a
view point of mountains from Uttarkashi, base camp.
