confidence owing to the training that they had
received and immediately took lead of the

Organizing Ability This trait is seen by the fact that the group
splitted their roles and got into action without
causing much delay.
Initiative Its clear from the story that as soon as the flames
were sighted the group of friends took lead of
the situation.
Courage IT was an act of courage that minimized loss of
damage to property and no loss to human life.
Cooperation A strong sense of cooperation between the four
friends and execution without delay can be seen
from the story
