THEMATIC APPERCEPTION TEST (TAT)

Self Confidence The school principal bringing them and choosing
set of participants for the first set shows his
confidence and trust in them
Determination The members are determined to learn and grasp
the knowledge to the best of the ability.
Similarly, the institution of Red cross is
determined to train as many people as possible
to avoid any casualties due to delayed response
Organizing Ability The principal had a good organizing skill where
he decided the participants would be in set and
the first set comprised of those who are in
visibility and should actually be the first
responders etc like school prefects,
housekeeping staff, faculties etc.
Initiative The principal taking the initiative to inculcate this
program at school level shows this trait
Courage Learning this set of knowledge towards medical
care shows the courage element of all the
participants
Cooperation The events happen with the cooperation from all
members and dedicative learning
Sense of The participants understand their responsibility
Responsibility towards the society and hence take proactive
participation.
Stamina The participants show their stamina trait by
attending long hours of the session
Group Influencing The members of the red cross society are
Ability training 10 members of participants group. This
shows their effective group influencing ability.
Liveliness All the people there are having the lively spirit
Social Adaptability The engagement as a whole shows the social
adaptability trait.
