Jai Singh Dhillon, is currently working in the textile industry in Surat
supporting his family business. He graduated from Gujarat University in
bachelors of Commerce. Jai Singh is brought up in a joint family and he is
amongst the
younger members
from his generation.

Apart
from this the
company has a lot of
sponsored projects
for undertaking
humanitarian work
like free training for
women on tailoring,
weaving etc., sponsored education for unprivileged children. Jai has been
inspired with all this seeing them over the years of childhood. He too was
ambitious about doing something exceptional. He has been a good sportsman
with fair exposure at state level cricket and organized career in academics as
well. After his graduation he joined the industry of his family, whereby in a
board meeting he presented the idea to tap the potential of youth for modern
day skill development and form a startup incubator system. The board
expressed confidence at his idea and accepted it. Jai took a break by visiting
nearby hill station. It was rejuvenating, rewinding and helped him introspect
and retrospect the road ahead. Soon after return, he took his steps to groom
college students for professional skill development and sponsored project
ideas of various students.
