Sid has more than 25 years of design and construction industry experience including contract
documentation, specification and technical document development; claims analysis and
dispute resolution; project management; partnering, scheduling and training. Sid is recognized
as a national expert regarding specifications, procurement and contracting methods for the
construction industry, particularly in the areas of innovative procurement and alternative
project delivery.
He has lectured and presented at national conferences, and provided workshops on best-
value procurement, risk assessment, design-build, performance specifications, innovative
contracting methods, construction warranties, pre-qualification procedures, construction
management, and materials certification processes. Sid has served as the Principal
Investigator on numerous national transportation research studies.

Mike has more than 20 years of experience resolving construction claims and providing
project management oversight. Based on his investigative and analytical work in addition
to his knowledge of the law, Mike provides expert testimony and has prepared claims,
expert reports and compelling presentations to address pertinent issues for settlement
negotiations, mediation, deposition, arbitration or trial.
Mike’s expertise in claims, project controls, and project management blended with his
background in finance and accounting, provides a broad base of knowledge and experience.
His ability to evaluate issues that result in delay and disruption on projects, added to his
knowledge of contract law, qualifies him to effectively evaluate liability, establish causation,
quantify time and cost impacts, and determine the resulting damages.

Simon has 38 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in project
management, financial planning, construction budgeting and accounting, client liaison,
marketing, legal administration, contract negotiation and staff recruitment services for
multi-million-dollar projects across the United States and the Caribbean. Simon provides
expert analysis and testimony in development and construction disputes, as well as forensic
and turnaround services. Simon’s experience in project management has contributed to
the level of organization and discipline needed for projects across multiple market sectors,
including hospitals, hospitality, research laboratories, transportation, airports, higher
education academic buildings and commercial developments. In addition, he has honed
specific knowledge in green field sites, extensions, refurbishments and hurricane repairs.
Simon currently manages all development aspects tailored to meet the needs of each project,
including financial, technical and development services, as well as project management and
consulting and providing support to disputes and claims.
