Marcello has over 20 years of experience with large companies in the engineering sector,
oil and gas segments, investment banks and corporate law institutions such as: ABB/Vetco/
GE, Galvão Joint Ventures & Consortiums, Technip Consortium, Banco Bozano, Simonsen
(Santander) and Vieira, Rezende Advogados.
Marcello has played the leading role in complex negotiations involving European, American,
Latin America and Brazilian oil and gas leading players. Marcello also showed leadership
serving as General Counsel in all contracts and negotiation issues focusing on the extensive
knowledge in multinational companies of how to do business in Brazil and Latin American
Legal environment and risk assessment strategies, EPC contracts with Governance and back-
to-back frame agreements, regulatory issues, surveillance of all external law firms.

Rocco has more than 30 years of construction experience managing a wide spectrum of
construction projects including transportation, commercial, residential, municipal, medical,
power, chemical, petrochemical, hotel, gaming, educational and manufacturing facilities. He
has been qualified, and has testified, as an expert witness in the areas of general construction,
performance of contractors and construction managers, roles and responsibilities of parties
on a construction site, delays, change orders, damages, post-bid premiums, construction
defects, estimating, safety and personal injury at federal and state courts, at arbitration, and in
other forms of dispute resolution.

Rocco has provided surety completion, owner representation and construction management
services for many public and private clients including Travelers, CNA, and the Maine
Department of Transportation.

Jack has 30 years of construction industry experience with expertise in claims, estimating,
project management, asbestos abatement and planning and scheduling. He currently
provides forensic consulting for construction defect claims, environmental claims, and
catastrophic insurance loss claims. Jack also provides LEED Accredited Professional
consulting services in support of the US Green Building Council’s various LEED certification
programs. In addition, he recently developed a Sustainable Redevelopment business segment
by applying his energy and environmental background and experience.
