The Munter Hitch
There is a checkered history behind the Munter hitch,
and its original source is in some historic dispute.
Whether Werner Munter invented the hitch or merely
To tie the Munter hitch, create a loop of rope.
Form a second loop right beside the first one in exactly
the same manner, which will result in the working and
standing ends of the rope on opposite sides of a biting
strand.
