작가노트(Artist's Note)

내 일상에 그림은 삶의 활력소이다. 부드러운 파스텔을 손에 잡고 그리고 문지를 때의 느낌, 파스텔이 종이를 스치는
경쾌한 소리, 심지어 파스텔이 손에 묻는 번거로움까지도 나를 기분 좋게 한다. 그래서 나는 오늘도 나의 작은 작업실
로 향한다. 인생은 그림이다.
Painting is what keeps me going. Pastels bring color to my life. The softness that I feel at my fingertips
when I hold a pastel chalk, the delicate sound of the chalk rubbing against a canvas, and even the hassle
of pastels on my hands, especially soot under my fingernails, make me feel good. Today, I am off to my
snug art studio to recharge energy for tomorrow.
