WORKSHOP
PROCESS
The below steps outline the process of how Partner
workshops are developed.
• Topics are brainstormed with Regional Leaders at
Leadership Forum.
• Partner Relationship Manager works with DairyNZ and
Network Partners to create an outline for a workshop.
• Workshop outlines will be discussed with Hub
Leaders.
The Events Team will then:
• Consolidate the information and send locations
and tentative dates to the relevant Partners and/or
presenters.
• Work with Hub Leaders and Regional Leaders to
confirm dates and locations.
• Book venues and catering.
• Create the marketing collateral and runsheets.
• Promote the event to our members through emails
and social media posts.
