to-face workshops, social gatherings and online webinars. That’s what I love about
the Network - that no matter what, our volunteers and members feel connected.

Some highlights for me have been the Shelly Davies Roadshow, Conference,
Calving Smart workshops with DairyNZ and SealesWinslow, and finally our Movie
Night in Opunake. We have had many other workshops that have been successful
            too.
As well as DWN, I am passionate about my Taranaki community and am always
on the ground listening to agri problems and finding solutions through my
different roles. I organise and run a burger night once a month at our hall, giving
farmers who may not attend DWN events an opportunity to connect because
having access to that connection is such an important aspect of wellbeing. I
am also a Catchment Coordinator for Taranaki Catchment Communities (TCC)
and am on my daughters’ school PTA, where I help to bring AgriKids NZ into
their school to encourage more understanding and knowledge of our incredible
            industry.
