Tuition Reimbursement Program Policy

               The Miami Marlins (“Club”) provide a tuition reimbursement program to give employees the
               opportunity to advance their careers and continually improve their skills.

               Eligibility:


               You are eligible for a tuition reimbursement if you:

               • Are employed as a Full-Time Employee when you enroll and when you complete the course,

               • Have completed at least twelve (12) months of service with the Club of at least 1,000 hours within a
               calendar year, and

               • Receive approval from the VP of your Department and the Human Resources Department prior to your
               enrollment in any course or program.

               Requirements:


               •To qualify for tuition reimbursement, the employee must participate in educational activities that, in
               the judgment of management, meet the following criteria:

                       •The course must be directly related to the employee's current field of work, and its successful
                       completion can realistically be expected to enhance the employee's knowledge of his/her job. If
                       the course is not directly related, it must be relevant to the degree or certificate program
                       related to the employee's current field of work.

                       •The course must be a part of a degree or certificate program or be part of continuing
                       education.

                       •Must be an accredited institution and be for post-secondary or graduate-level courses.

               • The employee must have his/her tuition reimbursement plan approved by the Vice President of
               his/her Department and the Human Resources Department before registration for such course(s).

               • Attendance at the course(s) shall not conflict with the employee's work hours, unless the employee’s
               VP and Human Resources approves that conflict in writing before registration for such course(s).
