benefit. Employees receiving education reimbursement should be aware that part of these payments
               may be taxable above a certain amount, or may become taxable at some future date as tax laws change.




               Payback Provision:

               If an employee voluntarily leaves the Club or is terminated for gross negligence/willful misconduct
               within one (1) year after the date on which he/she last received tuition reimbursement, he/she must
               repay the Club 75% of the total reimbursement amount that he/she received.

               Approval:

               A.  Employees must complete the Application for Educational Assistance and Reimbursement and
                   submit it to the Human Resources Department prior to registering for a course.

               The application includes the following:


                       1. The name of the educational institution the employee wishes to attend;

                       2. The educational program (degree) in which the employee wishes to enroll;

                       3. The course(s) the employee wishes to take as part of the program;

                       4. The tuition associated with the program;

                       5. A description of costs other than tuition that are expected to be incurred;


                       6. A statement from the employee regarding how the program relates to the employee’s
                       current/future position with the Club; and

                       7. A disclosure as to whether the employee is receiving or expects to receive any other public or
                       private financial assistance.


               As part of the application process, employees will be required to acknowledge and agree to the Club’s
               repayment agreement, which requires a portion of tuition-related reimbursements to be re-paid if
               employment with the Club is voluntarily terminated by the employee or terminated by the Club for
               gross negligence/willful misconduct within 12 months of the reimbursement, to the extent permitted by
               law.

               B. Review

                       Following receipt of the Application For Educational Assistance and Reimbursement, the Human
                       Resources Department will determine whether the employee has satisfied the conditions for
                       eligibility and consult with the employee’s supervisor to determine the relevance to the
                       employee’s current and potential future positions with the Club. The employee will be notified
                       of the determination within thirty (30) days after receipt of the application.
