•Employees are expected to work a full work week, even if the work schedule is adjusted to
accommodate a class schedule.
Eligible Expenses:
Employees are eligible to receive reimbursement of the cost of tuition, fees, and books required for the
approved courses up to the maximum reimbursement.
Exclusions:
Excluded from reimbursement are transportation costs, meals, hardware or software costs, or any other
charges incurred related to attending the course the employee is enrolled in. An employee will not be
eligible for reimbursement of tuition and required fees that are paid by state and or federal education
grants or scholarships. An employee will only be reimbursed once he/she has successfully completed a
course.
Reimbursement:
Reimbursement is up to 80% of the total cost of the course with an overall reimbursement limit of
$5,250 per calendar year and a limit of two (2) courses per three-month period.
Reimbursement is based upon the grade received.

This policy is not applicable to training, personal development, and other skill improvement classes or
sessions that the Club organizes with costs to be borne entirely by the Club.
To receive reimbursement, an employee must have a tuition reimbursement plan approved by their VP
and Human Resources. The employee should complete an Application for Educational Assistance and
Reimbursement, attach copies of all receipts and final grades (when available), and submit all
documents to Human Resources for final review and approval. Reimbursements will be paid to the
employee as a Section 132 Educational Assistance program benefit, which will reduce his/her taxable
