Vision Plan – VSP (Vision Service Plan)

To ensure both yours and your family’s vision needs are met, Technip Energies offers quality, affordable vision
coverage that provides benefits for eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. Coverage is offered through VSP.

• If you use an in-network provider, you will generally pay less for services and do not have to file a claim.
• When you go out-of-network, you are responsible for paying the full cost of services and must file a claim to
be reimbursed up to the applicable allowance.

benefit information.

Find an eye doctor who is right for you. Visit http://technipenergies.vspforme.com or call 800‑877‑7195.
• At your scheduled appointment, tell them you have VSP. There is no ID card necessary. If you would
like a card as a reference, you can print one on http://technipenergies.vspforme.com.

There are no claim forms to complete when you see a VSP provider.
