Abstract: The following letter from another perspective seeks
to understand the phenomenon of the Bolivarian Revolution and,
briefly, the role of Hugo Chavez in the undisputed area of regional
integration. The vision proposes to make a number of observations
on the processes carried out within the Latin America and the
Caribbean, which tend to rescue, protect and promote the common
values in the region in different areas. Also, maintain a balanced
position that exceeds the futile analysis seeks to gain from the
information monopoly of the media, a position that can be refuted,
addressing from an alternative way to understand social
phenomena and build conclusions; open and equally controversial
conclusions, non estatic ideas.

Las siguientes líneas no buscan herir susceptibilidades, mucho
menos hacer apología, -aunque, es dialécticamente valido señarlo
de tal; sí se hacen apologías a los sistemas y personajes que han
evidenciado cosas no positivas- entre otras, busca exponer un
punto de vista, bajo el riesgo de ser estigmatizado por sostener una
postura distinta a la mayoría consumidora de información, la cual
sin pasar por los filtros que nos recomendó Sócrates o a esa duda
“maligna” que puede aprenderse del cartesianismo, emiten juicios
viscerales o acomodados a las opiniones infundadas, en fin.
Posiblemente, una cerrada visión del mundo que le rodea sea la
causante, además de otras cosas, de esa actitud.
