        [SAFE DRIVING !!]

Please take a moment to review all the “Safe Driving Guidelines” as announced in previous memos.
We cannot emphasize the IMPORTANCE of safe driving enough, even with the multiple reminders and
        announcements.
Here is an additional Safe Driving Guideline for your awareness:

“In the event an ACI employee, or a subcontractor’s employee, will be assigned to active traffic control, and it
is determined the traffic control may occur during a time which the sun may potentially impair driver’s vision
(e.g. morning Traffic traveling Eastbound) additional precautions should be taken to ensure the traffic control
officer is adequately visible and not in the path of traveling traffic”

        Thank you,

< APRIL IS DISTRACTED DRIVING AWARENESS MONTH >

I would like to share a news I heard that for your awareness of driving safety.
You may want to share to your family and friends as well...

The month of April is “Distracted Driving Awareness Month” according to the National Highway Institute of Safety.

The police chief of Santa Ana was interviewed and he mentioned that he has asked his patrol officers to focus on
distracted drivers this month and also mentioned that a lot of people use the excuse that they were using their
phone to text while sitting at a red light and that they weren’t in motion - at that he said “this is not an excuse and is
still considered distracted driving and you will be cited for it….

So…. let’s all be wise and stay off our phones while driving and JUST DRIVE and SAFE A LIFE.
Also, please ensure you’re a SAFE DISTANCE from the ahead of you that is essential of preventing an accident
        and collision.

        Thank you,
