As our company grows bigger the jobs we take on grow too, posing potentially higher risks. When subcontractors
are slow to put up safety measures—such as guardrails, scaffolding, and rebar caps—it is our duty as general
contractor to correct the hazards as quickly as possible. The companies listed below will help you when ACI needs
urgent and immediate safety installations if our subs fail to do so. Subs will then be back-charged for the work
done by these contractors.

If any jobsite cannot correct hazards by the directed due dates set in the ACI Safety Committee’s inspection report,
then the following companies will be utilized on ACI’s discretion. Thank you.
