Safety Memo #14-1 Protective Covers Procurement

This is a reminder for all project teams per Safety Memo #14 that Protective Covers for Any Impalement Hazards are
required to be on hand at all times.

Please note that rebar caps are NOT ONLY for rebar but can be used to cover various potential impalement hazards which
include metal stakes, bolts, ground rods, conduits, and other similar applications. Therefore, each jobsite MUST have
at minimum 100 Protective Covers at ANY TIME.

Please inform Brian Shin (CC: Daniel Moon, Ana Victor, Chris Kim) if you do not have the required minimum 100 Protective
Covers on site and an order shall be made.
