Safety Memo #15 Fire Extinguisher Servicing

Annual Fire Extinguisher Servicing
In order to consolidate the annual servicing of our fire extinguishers, we will be servicing/refilling all of our fire extinguishers
from each site and replacing them with new/serviced fire extinguishers.
Starting from tomorrow May 15, 2019, all jobsites must bring their fire extinguishers to the main office warehouse to be
replaced. The only exceptions are fire extinguishers that have been serviced within the last 30 days.
For jobsites that have more than 10 fire extinguishers, servicing can be scheduled through Daniel Moon to be done on site.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inform Daniel Moon (CC: Brian Shin & Chris Kim) how many fire extinguishers you need and schedule your drop off
day and time.
2. Drop off fire extinguishers at the main office warehouse on the shelf marked "USED EXTINGUISHERS RETURN
ONLY"
3. Take the new/serviced fire extinguishers that are on the shelf marked "FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - ACI ADMIN -
ONLY"
4. All new extinguishers taken from the warehouse must be logged by Daniel Moon before being taken to the jobsite.
