Safety Memo #26 (T) Thermometers and Temperature Screening

[ Thermometers and Temperature Screening ]
With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, screening the temperatures of our employees and
subcontractors is highly recommended to all jobsites. Taking temperatures will help us prevent any possible
outbreaks and keep us safe.
Temperature Screening Guidelines
• If someone’s temperature reads 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, they must be sent home
immediately.
• Record all temperatures taken under the “COVID-19 Temp” column in the attached Daily Sign-In Sheet
(form can also be found in the ACI.Forms folder).
**You can pick up a contact-less thermometer from the IT department at the corporate office during regular
office hours.
Safety is ACI’s number one priority.
