Safety Memo #26 (T-1) New COVID Screening Protocol

[ New COVID Screening Protocol ]
In order to protect our company from the pandemic, we will be adding to our COVID screening protocol. In
addition to taking temperatures, all employees, subcontractors, and visitors will need to inform if they have
any COVID symptoms and if they have had any contact with any confirmed or possible COVID positive
people before coming into work. All ACI jobsites are required to implement this protocol no later than
the coming Monday, February 7th.
The Daily Sign-In Sheet has been updated (see attached) to include a column for “Symptoms/Exposure”
which can be marked with a Yes or No. It is recommended that our jobsites use the new sign-in sheet to help
with screening all incoming workers. In any circumstances, if someone replies “YES” to a screening
question, it must be reported to the ACI Jobsite Supervisor and/or ACI Safety Admin immediately.
Lastly, the attached CDC Facilities COVID-19 Screening form shows an example of screening questions
and protocol to follow after screening. Please use it as reference.
