1.2 Capitalisation:

Capitalisation is the use of capital letters. It is the action of
writing or printing in capital letters or with an initial capital.
The flowing points explain the proper rules of capitalisation:
 The first word of every sentence begins with a capital

letter e.g. We need to book a return flight to Cairo.
 The first word of a sentence following a colon begins with

a capital letter e.g. That is it: There is nothing else to do.
 Sometimes, the first word of a Quote can be capitalised

e.g. The manager asked, “What did the complaint letter
   include?”.
 The first person pronoun "I" is always capitalised e.g.
Have you understood what I explained?.
 Capitalise the first letter of people's names e.g. Sarah
Smith – George Brown – Steve Carlson.
 Capitalise the first letter of titles and ranks utilised with
   people's names e.g. Mr. Smith – Professor Dawson –
   Colonel De Burg.

 Important note:

You can write "I am going to see the doctor "with no
capital letters", but you must write "I am going to see "Dr.
Smith – Doctor Smith" with capital letters in both of the title
and name".
