its purpose unclear must be avoided.

g- Create a call to action:

   Creating a call to action is the step that should be taken
before closing the letter. It is the step that encourages the
audience and motivates them to interact with the business. It
includes all different ways that the audience can depend on to
get back to you and ask for further details. For instance, if the
company is providing a new service, you can organise an
event where the first 200 customers who attend it, can have a
discount on that new service.

h- Close the letter:

   It depends on utilising different forms of closing
statements that were discussed before e.g. yours faithfully,
yours sincerely, etc.

i- Proofread the letter:

   After the letter has been written, it is important to
completely proofread it, check the way in which information
and data are arranged and organised, and review its format.
Then, double check that you have spelt the recipient’s name
and address correctly, and read the letter once again for a
further pinpoint accuracy.
