Thus, the letter of enquiry can be sent as:
   a- Customer-to-business letters; when a customer wants to
        have information about a product or service e.g. ticket's
        fare, room's price, duration of a flight, and so on.
   b- Business-to-customer; when a company wants to enquire
        about a specific information related to the customer e.g.
        passport number, PNR; Passenger Name Record, ticket
        number, booking number, and so on.
   c- A business- to business; when a company wants to
        enquire about a specific information from another
        company e.g. when a travel agent's manager wants to
        enquire form an airline company's manager about the date
        and period of time of the airline's discounts.
   Therefore, it can be inferred that the objectives of the letter of

enquiry are similar but their projections and audiences are
different.
