The Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission seeks to source the services of a reputable
consulting firm with experience in building teams of people from diverse backgrounds
into a cohesive and highly focused group using constructive and participatory
approaches within two (2) days.
Assignment Objective
The overall objective of the assignment is to carry out a team building exercise that will
identify gaps and interventions that build team rapport, strengthen the existing team,
develop interdependency amongst the teams and eventually build a high performance
team. It is also imperative for the exercise to identify and bring about a culture of work
that best suits the Commission.
