Kaizen is our way of life

Hengslter President kaizen in Moscow
24-28 of September Fortive Moscow was hosting President
Kaizen of Hengstler: Russian market entry. It’s never too late
to enter the Russian market. During the Kaizen week
Hengstler team with help from local Fluke and Tektronix
peers worked out” Go-to-market” strategy, confirmed market
potential, clarified trade compliance requirements and
identified short-list of channel partners. During the week the
team conducted 19 VOC and crafted one experiment to
increase confidence of implementing countermeasures.
Great example of cross-OpCos collaboration. It was certainly
worthwhile to run the kaizen in Russia – close to Gemba,
customers, channel partners and local peers. Thanks for
everyone who contributed to the success of the Kaizen.
