                        A great example how FORTIVE & TEK/FLUKE are investing in us and our growth




        I knew that Fortive provides many opportunities to develop its
        employees and I‘ve recently got a chance to feeling it on my
        own. From mid-August till end-November I ‘m working not only
        as a Sales&Marketing coordinator  but also as  a HSP  (High
        Service Providers) Distribution Account Manager at Tektronix
        for 50% of my time.  Sandra Verlinden, whom I am backfilling
        now, is currently participating in the FORTIVE Ignite program.

        Russia  Dmitry  Volkov  for  their  support  and  for  providing  me
        such a challenging and fantastic opportunity to learn and grow.


        High Service Providers (HSP) differ from TEK technical distributors: they don’t have strong technical specialists,
        but their winning point is having large stock. They provide delivery in 1-2 days after placing order to the end-
        customer. In EMEA Tektronix has 4 HSP partners: Conrad (based in Germany, operating mostly in DACH,
        Nordics and  Italy), Distrelec (based  in Manchester, working mostly in  Nordics and  Eastern Europe), RS
        Components (based in Corby, working in more than 32 countries) and Farnell (based in Leeds, operating in 35
        countries). I was very lucky to meet with most of them, learn how they work and win and support them in their
        marketing  and sales  activity.   My  work as an  HSP Account Manager  includes not only sales-stuff  (Price
        Exceptions, Special Pricings requests, sales-meetings) but lots of  marketing actions.  With each partners
        Tektronix runs unique offers. Content for every campaign is created by TEK marketing manager with  HSP
        Account Manager and Distributors. This is always an interesting and fun process!  I was very much impressed
        how VERY loyal to TEK are all the distributors and how often they come up with promos’ proposals!
        The whole week of 10-14th of September together with Nigel Bentley, TEK Sales Director responsible for HSP
        business in EMEA, we have been meeting 3 Partners in UK.  At the end of October, I will be for the first time
        representing Tektronix at the Sales meeting in Distrelec Sweden.
