SPECIAL CONDITIONS

ARTICLE I.1 SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agency has decided to award a grant under the terms and conditions set out irr the Special
Conditions, the Gerreral Conditions and the othel Annexes to the Agreernent, tbl tlre aclion enlitled
New Professional Diploma in Plant Clinic and Phytosanitary Technologies, as described irr Annex
L
By signing the Agreement. the beneficiaries accept the grant and agree to implemeut tlte action, acting
on their own responsibility.

ARTICLE I.2 ENT INTO FORCE AND IMPLEMENTATION PIRIOD OF THB
AGREEMENT -

1.2.1 The Agreernent enters into force on the date on which the last party signs it.
1.2.2 The action runs as of 15-11-2019 ("the starting date of the action")and ends on l4-ll-2022.

ARTICLE I.3 MAXIMUM AMOUNT AND FORM OF THE GRANT

I.3.1 Tlre mLyimun, ilmount of the gront is EUR 998.549,00.

L3.2 The grant takes the form of:
(a) the reirnbursenrent of 100% of the eligible costs of tlte action ('reinrbulsernent of eligible costs').
which are:
(i) actually incurred ('reitnburserlent of actual costs') for the following categories of costs:
Equipmenl cosls, Subcontt'acling cos't,s and Exceptional cosls;

(ii) reirrbursernent of unit costs: not applicable

(iii) reirnbursement of lurnp suln costs: not applicable

(iv) reirnbursernent of flat-rate costs: not applicable

(v) reimbursernent of costs declared on the basis of the beneficiary's usual cost accourrtirrg
practices: not applicable;
