                  Article  I.4   Reporting   Requests  for payment  and supporting  documents
                           -           -

                  I.4.1 ReportingperiodS'

                  The ac'lion  is divided into the fbllowing reporring periods:

                  - Reporting  period ll from rnonth  I to rnonth l8;


                  - Reporting period  2: l'rom rnonth I to the last month  of the action.

                  1,4.2 Request for second pre-financing  payment  and supporting  documents
                  'fhe
                      cooldinator  must submit a request for second prc-financing  payment within 6 rnonths  following
                  the end of the fir'st repoffing period.

                  Tlte request must be accompanied by a statement on the amount of the previous pre-financiug
                  instalment  used to cover costs of the action ('statement  on the use of the previous pre-finarrcing
                  instalnrent'). The statement rnust be drawn up in accordance with Annex v.

                      progress  report on the implementation  of the actiou ('technical  t€polt on progress') must be
                  submitted  within 60 calendal  days following  the end of the first reporting period.

                  I.4.3 Request[s] fol interim payment[s] and supporting documents

                  1,4.4 Request for payment  of the balance and supporting  documents

                  The coordinator nrust submit a request fol payment  of the balance within 60 calendar  days fottowing
                  the end of the last reporting period.


                  This request  must be acconrpanied by the tbllowing  documents:
                     (a) a final repoft on implementation of the action ('final technical report'), drawn up irt
                        accordance  with Anrrex V, containing:

                          (i)tlte infbrmation  needed to justify the eligible  costs declared and the contribution
                              requested on the basis of financing  not linked to costs, unit costs and lurnp sums  (where
                              the grant takes the form of the reimbulsement of unit or lump sunr costs,  of financing
                              not linked to costs,  or of a unit or lurnp  sum contlibution,  as provided  for in Anicle
                              1,3.2(aXii)  and (iii), (b), (c) or (e));

                          (ii) irrfbrmation on subcontracting  as referred  to in Afticle ll.l | .l(d);

                     (b) a final financial  statement ('final financial  statement').  The final financial statement must
                         include  a consolidated  statement and a bleakdown of the amounts claimed  bv each beneficiarv
                        and its affiliated entities.




                        The final t'inancial statement must be drawn up in accordance with the structure of the
                        estirnated budget  set out itt Annex lll and in accordance with Annex VI and detail the alnounts
                        fbr each of the forms of grant set out in Article 1.3.2 for the whole implernentation  period of
                        the action


                     (c) a summary  fiuarrcial statement ('summary  firrancial statement').
