not distracted by the allure of the world, of human
recognition, worldly elevation, celebrity status, great
worldly achievements, scholarship, wealth, global
endorsements and fame. It should be that even where we
have these things, we make a deliberate choice not to allow
these things to have us.
LAST WORD
As I conclude this discourse on Grace, I do not only rejoice
at the gift of grace that God had bestowed on His saints, I
rejoice even more that no one who comes to Him in simple
faith is denied this grace. We started with Titus 2:11-14, and
there I will end:
“For the grace of God that brings salvation has
appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying
ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live
soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age,
looking for the blessed hope and glorious
appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus
Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might
redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for
Himself His own special people, zealous for good
works.”
Everyone is entitled to God’s grace. Everyone seeking the
salvation of God will find that His grace is already made
available to save the penitent. The already converted
