2. Locate your appointed mountain. The Bible says
in Matthew 28:16,
“Then the eleven disciples went away into
Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had
appointed for them.”
Each of us needs to discover the specific mountains the
Lord has appointed for us and work at establishing His
kingdom there. It is the plan of God, as Habakkuk 2:14 puts
it, that the earth be filled with the knowledge of the glory of
the LORD, As the waters cover the sea. That’s part of how
the kingdoms of this world would become the kingdoms of
our Lord and of His Christ, who shall reign forever and
ever! (Revelation 11:15).
Whether we call them mountains, domains or kingdoms,
the idea is that there is a sphere of influence over every
human, city, culture or nation. It is the duty of every
recipient of grace to locate the field where the grace
received is most effective in their life and strategically seek
to use that grace to influence that domain for God.
As we find the domain of effectiveness for the grace we have
received, Christians may find themselves in such fields as
mission service and ministry, business and commerce,
