GRACE, Exploring Its Riches

kings and nobles reckoned with Abraham (see
                                    Genesis 12:14-19; 14:12-22; 20:1-18).

                               v. He was blessed with MIGHT. Abraham had so
many servants in his household with over 300 of them
well trained for battle, with whom he fought against
the marauders who had captured his nephew, Lot and
his family with their properties, all of whom Abraham
                                    recovered and restored.

vi. He was blessed MATERIALLY. God gave Abraham
lands to possess for his posterity (Genesis 13:14-18).
He also made sure Abraham prospered in his several
endeavours and journeys to different territories.
Abraham was so prospered in all things his chief
servant had reason to describe him as blessed greatly.

“Now Abraham was old, well advanced in
age; and the LORD had blessed Abraham in
all things. Food was set before him to eat, but
he said, “I will not eat until I have told about
my errand.” And he said, “Speak on.” So he
said, “I am Abraham¼Ús servant. The
LORD has blessed my master greatly, and he
has become great; and He has given him
flocks and herds, silver and gold, male and
female servants, and camels and donkeys”
                                                            (Genesis 24:1, 33-35).
