Sikuncede Njani? How can we help?
The Department of Education places a high value on open communication with all the stakeholders we serve. In our efforts towards improved communication with citizens, we have launched a customer care application – Sikuncede Njani? (How can we help?)
The app, developed by the Department, uses mobile technology to bring about administrative ef ciency and enhance communication by allowing some form of interaction with the department on a number of issues.
This app will enable you to:
• By-pass the queues by reporting Teacher Support Material shortages, infrastructure and other issues. • Track the progress of issues reported and receive noti cations.
• Find and engage with Department of Education representatives.
• Find local government schools and other facilities.
The app will enable ef ciency and timeous feedback to our customers in relation to their complaints; early problem detection; reduce the need for citizens to travel to the Department to resolve issues; provide real time communication; and provide statistics to the Department for tracking and improved planning.
