leaders, in 2000, Ron authored, Fundamentals of centre Management, a guide meant to assist entry
level managers as they start to master their craft. From quality analyst to project manager, from centre
agent to Division vice chairman, there are few jobs in a very contact center or back workplace setting
that Ron has not performed. Six letter trained and authorized in Continuous Improvement and Total
Quality Management, Ron has planned and developed various technical and method innovations. Ron is
well traveled; a native American, Ron has been based mostly on-shore, close to shore and in offshore
locations just like the Philippines.

Financial Services” Jerie manages Connext’s Escrow, Title & Conveyance and
Reservations accounts. He is responsible for various process improvements that
made positive impact in our clients’ businesses. Jerie brought in our company
his 18 years of solid experience in BPO industry, handling voice, non-voice and
back-office operations. He has filled the role of team manager for one of the
world’s multi-national technology company before joining Connext. He also has
extensive knowledge in performance reporting and talent management.
