Weng graduated with a degree of BS Medical Technology from the University of
Santo Tomas and took Master in Education at De Salle University. She spent 13
years in the Academe as a School Director and School Manager. She was a part
of the faculty of prestigious schools like San Beda College, De La Salle Zobel,
PAREF Woodrose School, Alabang & Westfields International School. Weng is
the Training Manager of Connext. She plans, develops, and provides training for
employee and leadership development, using knowledge of the effectiveness of
methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, and workshops.
