POLICY STATEMENT
The keystone of the business success is consistent display of integrity, dedication, timeliness, initiative
and flexibility. The emphasis on these core values reflects the quality of service and professionalism we
offer our clients and costumer’s. It is imperative therefore that each employee observes the same
accepted norms, essential for them to reach our goals. In light of this, any deviation from the norms will
be dealt with in a fair and firm manner. This literature of procedures and guidelines known as the Code
of Discipline (COD) is a fundamental reference manuscript for Connext employees with regard to
understanding and exhibiting acceptable behavior while performing their official functions.
Each Employee of the Connext must follow all the following list below:
