There are some elders who are not worthy to pass on their legacy of cowardice to
our young people- Minister Louis Farrakhan 10/10/15

The legion of Jason Van Dykes around the US being caught on video shooting un-

armed blacks multiple times while wearing the uniform of police is still not enough
to convince most of America to understand the need for “#BlackLivesMatter” or

even the mid-October rally in DC. Having attended the “Justice or Else” 20th An-
niversary of the Million Man March, I can truly say it was one of the biggest events
I witnessed in my lifetime. Judging from some on the way back and after I arrived

back in Buffalo, it was also grossly underreported.

Fear is the operative word here; White America simply doesn’t like being told about

itself, especially those decision-makers and opinion-framers that run major electron-
ic media. Therefore failed attempts to get an accurate count of those in attendance
won’t be a mystery once you remember how the previous MMM 20 years ago was

under-counted. My opinion it wasn’t a million but it wasn’t far from it, I’d say
somewhere around 800k (much more than the: “thousands” or “tens of thousands” I

        noticed online papers announcing).

According to CNN.com “Civil rights leader Benjamin Chavis, who attended the
first march, noted that in the crowd 20 years ago was an Illinois state senator who
went on to become President, ‘so we’ve made some progress,’ he told the crowd.

‘But you and I know we’ve got a lot more progress to make,’ he said.
