4. Skills Demonstration / Actual
Examinations – usually applied to courses
that needed development of skills in digital All subjects
design, programming computer system
servicing, all BSIT major courses.
5. Group / Individual Research study –
involved the application of the required
knowledge in the course. The students are All subjects
required to have a supplemental idea
regarding the topics discussed.
6. Performance Demonstration – usually
performed towards the end of the semester
where all the needed topics in the course All subjects
outline were discussed. It is also called as
the culminating activity of the students
where their performances were graded.
7. Rubric assessment – used to assess the
overall performance of the students where All subjects
details how they were graded are specified.
E. Academic Rules and Requirements
1. Admission and Enrolment Requirements
Before a student is admitted to the College, he/she must pass the JHCSC-
College Admission Test (JHCSC-CET) to be administered by the Guidance
Counselor/Admission Officer. After passing the College Admission Test, the
applicant must submit the following credentials upon enrollment:
For Freshmen:
1. High School Report Card (Form 138-A)
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (SECPA)
4. JHCSC-CET Report of Rating
5. 4 pcs. 1x1 ID pictures and 4 pcs. 2x2 pictures with name tag.
For Transferees and Second Coursers:
1. Honorable Dismissal
2. A certified true copy of Transcript of Records (for Evaluation purposes)
