                                                Bachelor of Science in Information Technology



                                                                                                   Level III Phase 2

                                     3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (SECPA)
                                     4. JHCSC-CET Report of Rating (except Second Degree Coursers)

                                     5. Certificate of Good Moral Character (from the last school attended)
                                     6. 4 pcs 1 x 1 ID pictures and 4 pcs. 2 x 2 pictures with name tag.


                             Students exempted from taking the College Entrance Test

                                     1. High School Graduates who belong to the top five of the graduating class

                                     (with certification from the principal)
                                     2. Transferees with Grade Point Average of at least 1.75 and with no grade

                                     below 2.0 in all subjects of the previous semester.

                                     3. Graduates of 4 or 5-year degree courses.
                              Note:  The  student  must  present  all  the  aforementioned  requirements  to  the

                              Admission  Officer  /  Guidance  Counselor  for  checking  and  submit  them  to  the
                              Registrar’s Office during the enrollment period.


                          2.  Academic Load

                                     No undergraduate student shall be allowed to take more than the number of

                              units  specified  in  his/  her  curriculum,  except  for  graduating  and  academically
                              outstanding students certified by the Dean/Program Coordinator.    The

                              Dean/Program  Coordinator  may  limit  the  academic  load  of  students  who  are
                              employed outside the College whether in full time or part time basis.


                          3.  Promotion, Retention, and Dismissal Policies



                              For old students who wish to continue their studies in JHCSC shall follow the
                              following procedures:


                              A. Students are subject for promotion to the next level in the College provided

                              he/she   obtained a Grade Point Average (GPA) of

                              B. Students in BSN with GPA of less than 1.75 are subject to probationary status
                              in the following semester and are deloaded of not more than 3 units from the regular
